In particular, we are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Administrator to join the HR Team in our Birmingham office. The main duties and responsibilities will be as follows:-

• General HR administration including preparing and sending offers/contracts of employment, salary/benefit amendment letters, notification of sickness letters and reference letters
• Managing the starter & leaver process
• Collating monthly payroll information, preparing and checking for submission to the Group Payroll function
• Dealing with general queries from Managers and employees
• Maintenance of HR database [HR.net] including data input & reports
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Supporting ad hoc HR projects

You will need to have previous experience of working as an Administrator, together with good, practical knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools. Good organisational skills will be required, as will excellent attention to detail particularly when dealing with figures. You will need to be a good team player who can communicate at all levels. Previous experience of HR, Payroll or Recruitment administration would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
