Recruitment Coordinator

Job Title Recruitment Co-ordinator
Location Woking
Term 6 month contract

Role outline
This role will see you working alongside the existing recruitment consultants, to provide recruitment support across the Environmental Management division for RPS

Main responsibilities:
• Maintain agency name logs both temporary and permanent
• Arranging interviews
• Telephone screening candidates
• Completing searches on databases and websites
• Advertising all roles
• Assisting the with temporary bookings
• Processing invoices and liaising with accounts regarding payments
• Rejection/ on hold emails to all applications within the recruitment inbox
• Logging all recruitment agents terms of business and fees
• Adhoc administration duties for the recruitment team
